10. Termination Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to settle any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date.
11. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bloemfontein.
12. Amendments Bloem IT Services reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
